1. Service Description

Truecat provides a one-time counterfeit exposure scanning service. We search major online marketplaces for potential copies, counterfeits, or unauthorized uses of your product listings and images.

2. What We Provide

For the agreed-upon fee, we will scan up to 10 product URLs across 12+ major marketplaces and deliver a PDF report within 24 hours containing our findings, screenshot evidence, direct links to suspect listings, and recommended next steps.

3. What We Don't Provide

This service does not include: legal advice, trademark or intellectual property registration, filing takedown requests with marketplaces, ongoing monitoring services, or direct contact with infringing sellers. These services may be available separately for an additional fee.

4. No Legal Advice

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Our reports are informational only and should not be construed as legal guidance. For legal matters, consult with a qualified intellectual property attorney.

5. Accuracy and Completeness

While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and comprehensive results, we cannot guarantee that our scan will find every instance of infringement or that all findings constitute actual intellectual property violations.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your report for any reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Your product information, images, and personal data will be kept confidential and used only to provide the scanning service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truecat's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
